Willys M38

Fort Hood, TX

This Jeep was bought up in northern Ohio. As you can see from the pictures this Jeep was pretty rough when we bought it. The frame was broken in the front, the floor boards were rusted away, the fenders, tailgate, and windshield were all missing. The one good thing about this Jeep was the engine ran good. This Jeep belonged to a fire department and there were larger brakes installed to handle hauling a water tank. We removed the brakes and installed all original brakes.

We stripped this Jeep all the way down to frame and did a complete ground up restoration. Every part that was salvagable was sandblasted, primed and painted. All new mechanical parts were installled such as brakes, brake lines, wheel cylinders, wheel bearings, etc.

This Jeep is the perfect example of our capabilities and what we can do with a Jeep that was getting ready to be hauled to scrap. This Jeep was completed in about 3 months. The only thing missing from this Jeep which, is on order, is a 30 calibur machine gun and mount. Like our motto says "We're preserving history one Jeep at a time" and this is a perfect example or our work.

This is what it looked like when we bought it.
